I'm jealous.
Shoveling my @$$ off, cooking chili and checking the blogshere. Slow day...
My husband loves that book.
Oh, the pasta sounds good!
E_R..I suppose this would be rubbing salt into an already open wound BUT>>>I drove home from the art fair with the top down on my Cabrio, took the beach route home and a live version of "Can't You Hear Me Knocking" was on my XM...I was rockin'
Paula, I'm glad to hear your hubs enjoyed the Aeneid..I'm looking forward to startting it..if I like it I might even try Fagels earlier translations of The Iliad and The Odyssey...one step at a time though...lol
Rigatoni with pork sauce is great...added bonus: fresh grated Asiago cheese on top....ohhhhhhhhh JOY!!!!!
You sound like quite the cook.
Pug, I love to cook and my feeling is if you love to cook, then one is adept at it. My only wish is that I had more time to prepare exciting meals..I try to do that on the weekends. Although sometimes, the old standards are the best...that Pasta sauce is a family staple.
