Over the weekend I put a 1 GB memory chip into my 3 year old Dell laptop...I cannot believe how fast it is now...
Is it sad that this excites me? :-)

I don't think it's sad, Leelee. "Fast" excites me these days, too. In computers, I mean. I'm practically in love with my new one and still find myself lusting after even faster stuff. Nope, not sad at all.:-)
