I'm too tired to "talk" so I will just post photos as I go along..suffice it to say...so far so good, this is just what the Dr ordered!!
Went fishing today, caught snapper, made snapper francese and ceviche...it's beautiful here and I feel relaxed already!!

Sniff, sniff I want to be there it looks fantastic. Never had red snapper, whats it like???
Red snapper is wonderful, but we caught yellowtail snapper...equally as delish!! Only about 12" long. YUMMY!! wish you were here!
