Friday Fun - iTune Shuffle

Wednesday my pal Vinny over at Big Leather Couch posted a meme of sorts:

Simple rules. Sit down with your iTunes or iPod or whatever mp3 music player you have. Select your entire collection to play. Hit Play and record the first 3,4,5,6 songs that come up.

I thought I would play and not tag anyone per se, but I'd love it if you left me a comment with YOUR songs. I always like to see what people have on their players. It inspires me..

4 of the tunes from my ipod nano:

Into The Mystic - Van Morrison

Showdown - ELO

God gave Rock & Roll To You - Argent

Instant Karma - John Lennon

Enjoy your weekend friends...

'd be surprised if them tunes weren't in your playlist. Unfortunately I don't have an i-Pod, but I did come up with an idea last week that you might find interesting....stay tuned for tomorrow's post

NYD said...

btw how did you embed the tunes into your post? I can do a lot of things, but that particular trick has always eluded me

leelee said...

NYD- You know me so well...of course those songs are in my ipod. I have so far 300 of the greatest songs on my ipod..and am constantly adding to the library. I can walk or bike or drive for miles and miles listening to my music. I love rock and roll (put another dime in teh jukebox baby)

As far as embedding music. I found lifelogger at the afore mentioned Big Leather Couch. If you want to read a super nice blog and hear some great music go visit Vinny. He is a NY'er as well. Life logger is the program I used. Vinny says it's anot always reliable but it's free...so.....that's relaibel enough for me.

I look forward to tomorrow post..

HUGS NYD!

I am a little bit jealous that no embarrassing songs popped up on your shuffle. I had a bunch of guilty pleasures.

leelee said...

Hey karen!

Well...There are some tunes on my iPod that perhaps could be deemed "embarrasing" I have bee gee's Saturnday night fever songs....and even some old pop stuff that may seem pretty lame to some. But you know...they're our ipod's and we can listen to whatever we want!! right?

Thanks for stopping by..

HUGS!

PS: where in NJ are you from? I grew up in Bloomfield/Montclair
