Joe's Stone Crab

I hope that each and everyone of you gets the opportunity to Eat At Joe's some time in your life. I just came back from a dining experience second to none. Can you say Fresh Florida Stone Crabs, Lyonnaise potaotes, Fried Oysters all served in a vintage South Florida ambience? Good God that was good!!!!

If you ever come to visit leelee, this is where we shall go!! I promise!!!!

I can't stand oysters but everything else sounds to die for. And the place is gorgeous.

Speaking of crabs, there's a crab house in NC called Dirty Dick's. There are billboards all over town that say "I got crabs from Dirty Dick's." I think there's a Web site to get tee-shirts and stuff from.

Anyway, Joe's is clearly a more class act.

Serean...don't put a raw oyster on my plate...but batter it an fry it up and ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh brother it's yummy.

Dirty Dicks sounds like a fun spot...lol...I like their slogan.

that reminds me of a billboard in the Keys, advertising a Fish Resaturant:

Fish So Fresh...It Ought To Be Slapped....

STOMPALICIOUS IS RIGHT!!

I out a picture of the stone crabs up. They are so good..served cold, with a mustard sauce. I never had or heard of them until I came to Florida...now I can't have a winter without a visit to Joe's for what are arguably the Best in Miami!

Yum, I'm hungry again just thinking about it.

I like crab legs. We have Joe's Crab Shack. They have t-shirts that say "I Ate At Joe's And Got Crabs."

Hi Roxan, thanks for stopping by my blog.

Semms like if you are a restaurant that serves crabs...you've got to tell everyone you've got 'em.

:-)
